1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9999wi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 9999wi website, creating a player account, or using any service offered through the Platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, Keno, lottery games, and financial transactions — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting the 9999wi support team.

9999wi reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 9999wi, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 9999wi enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered accounts without exception.
2. You are accessing and using the Platform entirely voluntarily and at your own free will.
3. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
4. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by applicable national law, and you have verified your own legal status before using the Platform.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion agreement on any 9999wi account or affiliated platform.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 9999wi, you must register a player account. Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Keep all registration information up to date. You may update your details by contacting 9999wi support or through the account settings panel.
• Not impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your identity in any manner.
• Not use another player's account or allow any third party to access or use your account.

9999wi reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account that contains false, inaccurate, or misleading information. Any winnings or balances associated with an account closed for misrepresentation may be forfeited.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9999wi login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

9999wi will never ask you for your password through any communication channel — including live chat, email, phone, or SMS. Any request purporting to come from 9999wi asking for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must notify 9999wi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• 9999wi is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify 9999wi of a security breach.
• 9999wi recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

9999wi accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All player balances are maintained in PKR unless a player transacts via USDT, in which case the PKR equivalent at the time of transaction is applied.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200, unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold.
• Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are credited to your 9999wi balance instantly.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited upon confirmation of receipt, typically within one business hour during standard banking hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 9999wi.
• Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals settle within one business hour during banking hours.
• 9999wi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

9999wi offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games on 9999wi contribute equally towards wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While wagering bonus funds, a maximum bet limit per spin or per bet applies. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless 9999wi explicitly permits otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse: 9999wi reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts where it determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of systematic bonus exploitation.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games offered on 9999wi — including slots, live dealer games, Keno, and lottery products — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or operate with physical gaming equipment under live dealer supervision. Game outcomes are determined independently of 9999wi and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any player.

• The result of any completed game round is final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verifiable technical malfunction, as determined solely by 9999wi.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be settled based on the game's server-side result log, which is the authoritative record.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by 9999wi's sportsbook team and are subject to change until the market is closed. Bets accepted at any odds prior to market closure are honoured.
• 9999wi reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has already started or where there is clear evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds.
• All RNG game engines are tested and certified by independent third-party laboratories as required by 9999wi's international gaming license.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 9999wi and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's games, odds feeds, or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live poker or live casino formats.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software. Any winnings obtained through a technical error will be voided.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets or participating in games from a jurisdiction where such activity is explicitly prohibited by current national law.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9999wi staff or other players through any communication channel.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, followed by a full internal investigation. Accounts found in violation will be permanently closed. Funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in full, and 9999wi reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

9999wi is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations under its international gaming license seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing cumulative session time and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player may not register a new account or access any 9999wi service.
• Account Cooling-Off: Short-term breaks of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days are available for players who need a temporary pause without a full self-exclusion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9999wi Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 9999wi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any 9999wi content without express prior written permission.
• The 9999wi brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 9999wi. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game software provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used by 9999wi under valid licence agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9999wi and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform use.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Platform's services due to technical issues, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond 9999wi's reasonable control.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed through the Platform.

9999wi's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 9999wi player account at the time the claim arises.

12. Termination

9999wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 9999wi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false information at registration or during any verification process.
• 9999wi is required to do so under applicable law or by order of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment reversal without first attempting to resolve the matter through 9999wi's support team.

Upon termination, any pending bonus balances will be cancelled. Your real-money balance at the time of account closure will be returned to you subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements, unless the closure is due to a violation that results in fund forfeiture.

13. Changes to These Terms

9999wi may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9999wi will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at login.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9999wi holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9999wi Platform shall first be addressed through 9999wi's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, contact the 9999wi support team in writing at the email address listed in Section 15. 9999wi will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and issue a formal resolution within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the applicable gaming regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction 9999wi is licensed.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
